This energizing podcast was recorded at the 38th UAW Constitutional Convention on July 27, 2022 in Detroit Michigan by Local 2209's Michael Scott and Nelson Rodriguez.  The interview highlights some of the differences between past conventions and the current convention, coming together as union brothers and sisters to get beyond the corruption and get behind the new leadership that is elected by the members and to fight for our common goal; great contracts and fair treatment in the working environment.  The interview also stresses education of young members and union involvement and sharing how each local is getting that done.
